Built Back - My 15-Month PostPartum Strength Journey
This is not a 6-week bounce-back story.
This is not a workout plan telling you what you should be doing.
This is the real timeline of how I rebuilt strength after having a baby — slowly, inconsistently at times, and with a lot of grace.
Over 15 months, I documented what I actually did:

- The faith practices that kept me grounded
- The moments I felt discouraged — and the moments I finally felt strong again
I created this because when I started my postpartum journey, I was desperate for real timelines from real moms — not “snap back” posts or vague advice.
This isn’t a program to follow perfectly.
It’s a roadmap you can reference, adapt, and return to when you need reassurance that slow progress still counts.
